“COOKIN FOR HOLLYWOOD” - $10,000
2005 AQHA Gelding
“Buckshot” is the REAL DEAL! Stands a TRUE 16hh on a stick. If he didn’t have AQHA paperwork, you’d think he was half draft. Here is “Spirit” in the flesh!
Easy to catch and handle. Has spent the last decade of his life in Wyoming. Is a finished team rope horse on the head side. Was a rodeo pick-up horse before that.
This is a FINISHED bridle horse. One=finger neck rein. Automatic changes. Leg yields. Canter off from a standstill. Halt from a canter. You name it, he will oblige. You do not find horses like this! He will outwork every horse half his age. Has been on tens of thousands of miles of trails. He is not a beginner horse, this is an ATHLETE. He is ready to drag bulls, go to the rodeo, or transition to an English discipline seamlessly. He is a dream to ride, a Ferrari of a horse with more buttons than most riders know what to do with, he will teach a confident and capable rider. The kind of horse you ride to battle on!
No vices or bad habits, healthy, sane, and sound.
-
ROCKY - $2,500
2014 Appaloosa Pony Gelding
Stands approximately 40 inches.
No papers. Appearance of teeth agrees with reported age • Owned for around seven years, purchased as a youngster still shedding baby teeth, providing an accurate age estimate • Suitable for confident riders of any skill level • He is well-built and can be sassy/forward but exhibits no bolting or rearing behavior. • Occasionally performs a round-backed "happy hop" when fresh but does not exhibit extreme behavior • Crosses water easily, traffic-safe, no issues reported in various environments • Has been on trails, participated in lessons, worked on a lunge line, and been in the arena. Displays a charming personality and is a cute mover • Plow rein only; has been hooked to a cart but is considered green broke to drive due to limited harness training.• Used for hundreds of pony parties without issues • Gets along well with other horses. Known to be an escape artist but never actually leaves • Incredibly curious and friendly, likened to a Labrador Retriever in a pony's body • No vices or bad habits. Easy to catch and handle. Healthy, sane, and sound. Barefoot with no history of founder, though noted to be quite fat.
